I opened my agency in 2010 after working in investment planning and financial services, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and long-term strategy into agency ownership. Our team has grown to 11 members, and we’re proud to be one of the top-producing agencies in the state.
Outside of the office, I’m a well-known musician on the island and stay deeply involved in the community — coaching youth basketball, serving on the local school board, participating with the food bank, adopting a highway, and sponsoring school events. Giving back is part of who we are, and it’s something our entire team takes pride in.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kit Okazaki - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
